Etruscan revival Persian turquoise and gold Victorian era bar pin. j-pnvc1001e

This pin has extraordinary style and its state of preservation is amazing. It tests at 15 karat gold or higher, with a 22 or 24kt gold plate over it. Two high luster small pearls are tube set on either side  of a cabochon of bright blue Persian turquoise. The body of the pin is decorated with filigree and granulation that exhibits the best elements of the Etruscan Revival style. The star of the show is a completely round ball that is decorated with Persian turquoise and filigree wire that hangs suspended from the center of the pin. The pin back is entirely original and is in excellent working condition. 2.5 x .25 inch.
