Antique Edwardian knitted beaded bag with silver frame. hbed104

This early 1900's black knit bag is covered with iridescent midnight blue stripes of looped beading. Silver frame with neoclassical style chased ornamentation and chain handle. The frame measures 5-3/4 x 1-7/8 inches with snap clasp. Original black silk lining in good condition. Bag measures 7 inches high, 5 3/4 inches wide at frame, and 9 inches wide at bottom. In excellent condition.
