These beads have a womans face and a symbol on a navy band on a blue and white swirled glass bead. Jatim beads were produced in eastern and central Java, Indonesia from 900AD and earlier. These contemporary millefiore glass cane Indonesian beads are excellent replicas of the ancient bead. Each one is handmade and finely done and therefore unique. Average size measures 19mm.
